Everyone at R&H plays a vital role for the firm, from our receptionists to the directors. We employ talented individuals who are dedicated and driven. Our unique and distinctive employee culture helps deliver our commitment to building long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.  We recognise the importance of having a sensible work-life balance and are sensitive to our staff’s needs, whilst ensuring that we deliver a focused and bespoke client service.

We substantially invest in our staff to help them gain appropriate professional qualifications. In addition, we offer a full CPD programme to ensure staff are up to date with the skills and knowledge they need to fulfil their role. We have a relaxed working environment and teams sit alongside their respective director, promoting a cohesive and inclusive culture. We have a very active social committee and one of our favourite days each month is our Friday Fundraiser, which raises money to support local Jersey charities.

As a firm, we promote our stability, reliability and independence. R&H was established in 1972 and we still work with the same family that became our very first client. Our values and work ethic have helped grow the firm into employing over 200 staff and we all celebrate the success of R&H together.
